Applications are invited from the candidate with Indian Nationality for the post of “Teacher

in Multimedia” for Bachelor of Fine Arts Course in art education. The post is purely temporary

basis. Terms and conditions are under the Governing Body recommendation. Scale of pay is

fixed as per recommendation by the Governing Body of the college.

 

Essential Qualification:

a)      Bachelor degree in Fine Arts / Visual Arts from any recognized University.

b)     Certificate on Multimedia from any Govt. Institution or University / U.G.C. Recognized Institution.

 

Desirable:

a)      Good academic experience at least two years in any Reputed University/ College.

b)     Capable to create and guide artistic multimedia presentation.

c)     Capable to work and guide on (1) Adobe Photoshop, (2) Adobe Premiere, (3) Sound Forge,

       (4) Macromedia Director, (5) Microsoft Office, (6) Microsoft Power Point, (7) Coral Draw,

       (8) Midi soft and (9) 3D Max.

 

Candidates require to submit applications along with copies of all testimonials duly attested, two copies

of pass port size photographs of which one should be attested and his best work of multimedia

presentation in CD. The application should be submitted by hand in the drop box at the college office

or by post.

 

The Last date of receiving application is 4.00 pm on 24th December, 2011.

 

Note Qualification relaxable at board’s discretion for candidate of outstanding merit.

the eligible candidates on:

 

29/06/11,   30/06/11  and 01/07/11   for DAY Section

 

                                     & 

 

11/07/11 , 12/07/11 and 13/07/11 for EVENING Section

IMPORTANT NOTICE

 

We have already started distribution of Admission Form (Day section) from our college office. But unfortunately due to some technical problem in our website, at present we are unable to distribute Admission Form through the College website. For the interest of those students who are really staying far and it is difficult to collect Admission Form from the College office, we can send the Admission Form (Day section) via e-mail to them. So, the students who wants Admission Form via e-mail, we request them to send a e-mail from his/her own e-mail ID to our college e-mail address (theindianartcollege@gmail.com) with his/her full name, father’s /Guardian’s name, complete postal address, active phone number, alternate email id (if any) and number of Admission Form he/she want (for apply in more than one stream). We will send the Admission form and other instructions to the same e-mail address as early as received the request.

4 Years Integrated Degree course of B.F.A. (Bachelor of Fine Arts) in (1) Painting, (2) Applied Art, (3) Graphic Art (Print Making) and (4) Sculpture under Rabindra Bharati University, Kolkata, West Bengal.

Minimum Qualification – Passed Higher Secondary or Equivalent Examination.

Break of study – Not more than 2 Years.

Age Limit – 23 Years. (Relaxation of 2 years for SC, ST candidate)

Before sending the Admission Form to the College address (given below) each Admission form should fill up properly and enclosed with a Demand Draft of Rs. 300/- (Rupees three hundred) and Attested Xerox copies of relevant document such as:

 

(i) Admit card of Madhyamik/Secondary or equivalent exam for age proof.

(ii) Mark sheet of Madhyamik/Secondary or equivalent exam.

(iii) Mark sheet of Higher Secondary or equivalent exam.

(iv) Mark sheet of B.A / B.S.C. / B.Com or other exam (if applicable).

(v) Certificate of S.C. / S.T. / O.B.C. / PH candidate

 

A Demand Draft of Rs. 300/- (Rupees Three hundred) for each Admission Form should be drawn in favour of “The Indian College of Arts and Draftsmanship” Payable at “Kolkata”

 

Application Form along with the Demand Draft and other relevant document should reach us within 27/06/2011.  No Application Form will be accepted after the due date.

Admission procedure of 1st year of this College will be start after published the Higher Secondary Exam of W.B.C.H.S.E. 2011.

 

4 Years Integrated Degree course of B.F.A. (Bachelor of Fine Arts) in (1) Painting, (2) Applied Art, (3) Graphic and (4) Sculpture under Rabindra Bharati University, Kolkata, West Bengal.

 

Minimum Qualification – Passed Higher Secondary or Equivalent Examination.

 

Break of study – Not more than 2 Years.

 

Age Limit – 23 Years. (Relaxation of 2 years for SC, ST candidate)

Obituary of Late Soumitra Singha Roy

We are in a deep mourn with the event of sad demise of Sri Soumitra Singha Roy, a student of 4th year Painting Day of our college. He was suffering from Cancer for a long time. We pray his soul will remain in eternal peace.

 

An exhibition  of painting dedicated in the memory of our beloved final year student Late Soumitra Singha Roy is arrange in the college premises.

The participants are Horimohan Bagli, Sukhendu Sekhar Saha, Kamal Kumar Mukherjee, Kamal Kanti Aich, Debaprasad Guha, Kallol Kumar Roy, Chandan Das and Chandan Bhandari.
